On March 8th and 9th 2019, the African American Student Union, a student organization at Harvard Business School, will host its 46th Annual H. Naylor Fitzhugh conference – Brave Leadership: From a Moment to a Movement in an Age of Disruption. The conference seeks to answer the question: How do black leaders create or leverage moments of change and disruption to catalyze movements, action, and impact to make a greater difference in their lives, in the lives of people of color, and in the world?

The conference will inspire and equip current students, prospective students, alumni, and professionals across the country with the courage to act in moments of uncertainty and influence. We live in a time when disruption is inevitable and to thrive we must learn to leverage these moments of change and even transform them into impactful movements. We hope that you join us on this journey to inspire and equip the next generation of black leaders.
